Welcome and thanks for visiting! Besides using this site to make available some of my compositions, I plan to post some impressions from concerts I've attended, and perhaps some harmony stuff.. I've recently been experimenting a lot with floating voicings on the guitar; these really convey the kind of timbral landscape I have in mind right now, besides being a healthy change from just sitting at the computer composing !.. yet, for now it's just the music..

I'm 44 and I live in the Lisbon area. I've been making my living by teaching physics/maths as well as working in labs; however, music and astronomy are my main interests.
